***This is an EXTREMELY flexible position. We provide full administrative staffing and any additional support that may be needed.
The successful Occupational Therapist will have:
A proven track record of being accountable for multiple deliverables, reporting and high- quality performance. Strong ability to solve problems independently Outstanding focus on providing excellent patient care. Effective oral and written communication skills. Have strong clinical skills. Is good standing with The College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario.
Job Description
Performing OT assessments and providing professional occupational therapy care to patients with a wide variety of possible conditions including but not limited to: fractures, pre and post surgical orthopaedics, movement and balance disorders chronic pain. Completing thorough assessments to identify factors contributing to physical impairments and disabilities. Maintaining accurate and complete clinical records for patient care.
