OSOT 2025: A Conference to Remember 

What an incredible gathering! On behalf of the entire OSOT Board of Directors and team, we wish to extend our deepest gratitude to the over 550 people who made this year's conference such a success. Thank you to our conference planning team, generous sponsors, exhibitors, inspiring presenters, vendors, venue staff and every single person who contributed their energy and expertise to this event.

This year's conference truly had it all! We opened with Patty De Guia’s powerful keynote, reminding us why lived experience matters and grounding us in the heart of what we do. Dr. Brenda Vrkljan's Thelma Cardwell lecture inspired us with a call to action: #DoingMatters. From mindfulness sessions that gave us space to breathe, to the electric energy of all 250 University of Toronto student occupational therapists filling the halls with possibility - this conference delivered moments of learning and connection.
