The Coalition of Health Professions in Auto Insurance Submission to FSRA

OSOT contributed to and supported a submission to the Financial Services Regulatory Authority of Ontario (FSRA) in response to a consultation regarding auto insurance reform. The consultation focused on proposed options FSRA is considering in relation to service provider fees/hourly rates, regulatory function, and changes to the Health Claims for Auto Insurance (HCAI) system.
