RNS Health Care Services is currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic Rehabilitation team. In this community-based role, you’ll work with adult clients, supporting their independence and quality of life through personalized occupational therapy services.

Who We are Looking For

  • Registered Occupational Therapist with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario (COTO).
  • ADP Authorization is required.
  • Experience working with adult populations in a community-based setting
  • Excellent clinical judgment, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • A valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle for home visits within York Region
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team

A Day-to-Day Look at the Role:

  • Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy assessments in clients’ homes
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to promote independence and functionality
  • Recommend adaptive equipment, home modifications, and rehabilitation strategies
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver client-centered care
  • Maintain timely and accurate documentation in compliance with professional and regulatory standards
  • Uphold ethical and professional standards as defined by COTO
