Rehab First Inc. is currently seeking Registered Occupational Therapists to join our team and provide one on one services to our clients in the following areas:

• Barrie and the surrounding area
• Toronto/North York area
• London and the surrounding area
• London-Paeds experience
• Kitchener/Waterloo area
• Mississauga
• Brampton
• Milton, Halton Hills, Guelph, Cambridge
• Ottawa
• Hamilton/Niagara

Qualifications: 

• You hold a Master’s Degree or equivalent in Occupational Therapy, are currently licensed, or working towards licensing as a new grad with COTO
• Are excited to provide one on one service in the community  
• Experience with Ontario’s Statutory Accident Benefits Schedule (SABS) a plus
• Have a valid CPR certificate
• Hold a Valid Driver’s License, auto insurance and have  a reliable vehicle
• Completion of a satisfactory Police Vulnerable Sector Check within the last six months

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete general and specialized assessments such as those for physical and cognitive capacities, mobility, and attendant care needs
• Develop treatment plans with the client
• Provide client treatment in the clinic, their community, their home or workplace
• Work with clients that have a variety of injury or illness which may include physical, cognitive , and/or mental health conditions
• Preparing and submitting case notes and reports
• Ability to work collaboratively as a member of a multidisciplinary team
