Trauma Informed Care is essential for caring professionals looking to positively impact their therapeutic relationship with their clients. How do we incorporate it and what does it look like for practitioners looking to implement this care? Join Lauren as we explore trauma, and how it impacts our clients. Using Trauma Informed Care, Lauren will guide us through the exploration and implementation principles that are guaranteed to be helpful and achievable.
By the end of this workshop, you will: Recognize indications of trauma. Identify ways to connect with individuals from a trauma informed lens. Develop a plan of care that allows for a trauma informed response/practice. Identify attachment styles and how to meet the needs of those who evidence insecure attachment.

She has appeared in numerous radio, television and print articles concerning the issues of trauma, adoption, foster care, mental wellness and mental health in the agriculture sector.
