CareOnDemand is seeking a skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapist to provide client-centred assessment, treatment, rehabilitation, and functional support services within the community, home care, transitional care, and facility settings.
The Occupational Therapist will support clients in maximizing independence, safety, mobility, cognitive functioning, and quality of life through evidence-based interventions, environmental modifications, education, and collaborative care planning.
This role requires strong clinical judgment, professionalism, adaptability, and the ability to work independently in community settings while coordinating closely with interdisciplinary teams.
