Step 2: After creating an account, click "Register Myself" to begin the registration process.

Step 3: If you would like to be a sponsor and an exhibitor, please begin by selecting your sponsorship level. Exhibiting and other options will then become available to you on proceeding pages.

Consent Policy: Registration and attendance at OSOT's 2025 Conference assumes consent for the Ontario Society of Occupational Therapists to photograph/video attendees and use images in OSOT's promotional materials (e.g., on website, future conference promotions, etc.).
Cancellation Policy: Notice of cancellation must be received by OSOT in writing by September 12, 2025 and will be subject to a cancellation fee of $250. No cancellations will be accepted after that date.

Registration deadline: October 3, 2025. All prices listed are subject to 13% HST.
