This webinar will explore the prevalence of adult ADHD post-pandemic and the unique role of occupational therapy in assessment and treatment of this population. You will learn about tools for the assessment of ADHD symptoms, treatment of ADHD, and resources. The presenter will also share information about the use of nature and mindfulness techniques in treating adults with ADHD.
Learning Objectives: Understand the complexity of the ADHD diagnosis and the symptoms associated with it. Identify assessment tools for use in the adult ADHD population. Gain new knowledge on the benefits of mindfulness and nature-based practice for persons presenting with ADHD.
