Call for 2024 OSOT Award Nominations

Nominations for the OSOT Honourary Life Membership Award, the Award of Merit, and the Innovation and Impact Award are now open.

Members of the Ontario Society of Occupational Therapists have the opportunity to recognize and nominate their colleagues by May 22, 2024.

Honourary Life Membership Award

Recognize and honour a colleague who has rendered distinguished and longstanding service to the profession of occupational therapy or to the Society. The Honourary Life Membership Award is awarded each year to one eligible individual who is a current or past member of OSOT. Learn more about the nomination criteria. 

Award of Merit

This award is given annually in recognition of exemplary leadership and accomplishment in occupational therapy practice in Ontario. Nominees may be formal or informal leaders whose leadership and accomplishments have had a significant impact on the profession of occupational therapy and/or the clients OTs serve. Innovation and Impact Award

This award recognizes innovation in occupational therapy practice that demonstrates a positive impact on the profession, its practice, or the delivery of healthcare services in Ontario. Priority is given to projects that meet OSOT's Strategic Plan priorities. This award can recognize an individual or team/organization.
