Ontario Health Teams: New Guidance Released

On November 30th, the Ministry of Health announced new guidance intended to support Ontario Health Teams (OHTs) as they continue to be established. The ministry has added details relating to OHTs incorporation/governance as not-for-profit organizations, communications, and clinical pathways for chronic conditions.
